REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE
- Entry to all conference sessions
- Reception and dinner on Thursday, November 1 for Thursday only participants
- Reception and dinner on Thursday, November 1 and breakfast and lunch on Friday, November 2 for Thursday and Friday participants
- Lodging for Thursday night, November 1 is provided for college and continuing education students (not high school students) who register by October 4. A room cannot be guaranteed for student past this deadline, but will be provided if rooms are still available.
Students must indicate on the registration form that they are requesting housing for Thursday night, which will be covered as part of conference registration. Since we have reached the group rate cutoff date, we are no longer able to provide Thursday night lodging for students. All participants should book housing for themselves; housing expenses will not be covered as part of conference registration.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
College and continuing education students should not use this link or call the hotel to book a room for Thursday night. Students must request Thursday night lodging through the registration form; otherwise, Thursday night lodging will not be provided.
The hotel has extended the cutoff date for the block of room until Thursday, October 18.
