Important Notes:

  • You must make your own reservation (by Thursday, May 27, 2010). To make your reservation, call Globetrotter Travel at (800)322-7032 and select option '2' for meeting and convention hotel reservations. The reference group name is "NSF Broader Impacts". • The Summit begins at 7:00pm on Monday with a reception dinner, and concludes at 5pm on Wednesday.
  • Security procedures at the Waterview Conference Center: When checking in for the Summit, participants must sign-out an access card/badge for use at security stations during the conference. Badges can be signed out at Security Desks located on the 1st and 4th floors, and badges must be returned at the end of the event.
  • Accommodations for Monday and Tuesday nights will be covered for participants by the house account. If you are unable to return home Tuesday night at a reasonable hour, we will also cover accommodation on Wednesday. If you make your reservation after the cut-off date of May 20, then you will be responsible for the non-conference rate cost. If you do not attend the Summit and fail to cancel your reservation, then your credit card will be charged for one night.
  • Check-in time is 3pm; check-out time is 11am.
